The sculpture of Hase is a glimpse of Japan’s tradition in the formal artistic nature of Italian modern sculpture. It is as delicate and sensual as to write a poem, and a very refined bronze form is finely worked fine, giving a deeply calm landscape and lyrical impression.
When thinking about the distant mythical era, the sound of the wind flowing through the blue and thoughtful sea and the vast earth like a mother can be heard in the voice of God. The sound becomes the voice and the light becomes the shape.
